I came to Rudan as part of my mandatory professional internship at the Polytechnic of Pula. I had the opportunity to work on a real project and experience what it's like to work in a modern company.

I specifically worked on developing a receiver for collecting data on energy consumption and testing it in the field.

Plumber

I've been working at Rudan for 2 years as a plumber in the Istria region, mostly in tourist complexes. Since my work is field-based, I work in a team with at least one colleague, and it's crucial that we get along well and complement each other.

We work a lot, but the working conditions are good, so we can focus on specific tasks and how to do them as efficiently as possible.

Head of IoT Systems Department and IT Support

After graduating from college, I got a job at Rudan company, and I've been working here for ten years in technical support and remote monitoring projects.

Every day we encounter new challenges and situations at work, which helps us improve our knowledge.

Energy Efficiency Engineer

I completed my professional internship at Rudan over two years during the summer months, during which I successfully transferred theoretical knowledge learned at university into practical work on energy efficiency projects. This way, I effectively prepared myself for the job market.

After completing my mechanical engineering studies, I got the opportunity to start my career in Rudan's team, working on the largest energy renovation projects in Croatia.
