Specific architecture
The building has a total area of 802 m2 and features a very specific architecture, self-ventilating facade, solar collectors for hot water preparation, a heat pump, and air recuperation system. It utilizes electricity from its own photovoltaic power plant, modern LED lighting, has a contemporary interior design, and a smart home management system.
Around twenty employees, mainly engineers and economists, work in the building, which also houses a warehouse and a center for field units in Istria.
